A guided access journey
Accessing HPC resources through IT4LIA is not just a technical procedure. It is a structured journey designed to help each organization understand its needs, identify the most suitable call and prepare the application with expert support.
The process is organized into six main stages:

Orientation call
An online meeting with the IT4LIA expert team helps assess computing resource needs, service requirements and project objectives. At the end of this phase, the user receives a shared report indicating the most suitable call and the priority services recommended.

Technical assessment call
A second technical meeting provides more detailed information about IT4LIA and helps direct the user towards the expert team or towards complementary services such as training, matchmaking or startup ecosystem support.

Call application
The user submits an application to the relevant access call, with the support of IT4LIA experts.

Evaluation
Eligibility and access criteria are verified. The technical quality of the proposal, the adequacy of the requested resources and the maturity of the project are assessed.

Service delivery
After approval, the user receives access to HPC resources and to the IT4LIA services needed to carry out the project.

Final report
At the end of the project, selected users submit a final report describing the activities carried out, the results achieved, any issues encountered and the solutions adopted.
