On May 19 from 10:30 to 11:30, on Stage 4, IT4LIA AI Factory will host the session “IT4LIA AI Factory: Powering Italy’s AI ecosystem“. The talk introduces IT4LIA AI Factory, the strategic initiative supporting AI adoption in Italy through advanced high-performance computing infrastructure and a broad portfolio of services. It outlines the scope and objectives of the AI Factory, highlighting access to large-scale HPC and AI-optimised systems, as well as the services available to companies, startups, researchers, and public organisations. The session also explains how to access IT4LIA opportunities and support mechanisms, and presents SUK (System User Knowledge), the integrated matchmaking service that connects companies with innovative AI startups and solution providers to address specific innovation needs.

These capabilities are illustrated through a concrete example: Marco Carotti, CEO of Goinweb, will share how the company leveraged IT4LIA AI Factory’s infrastructure to develop a new product — demonstrating how the AI Factory’s resources can be applied to real scenarios and drive business innovation.
