IT4LIA will participate in HPCSIM25, the event organized by the Dipartimento di Ingegneria Civile Edile e Ambientale of the University of Padua and the Dipartimento di Matematica of the Politecnico di Milano.
HPCSIM25 is a key event for researchers and professionals, focusing on parallel computing for scientific simulation and innovations in the field of High Performance Computing (HPC).
During the opening day, Eric Pascolo (CINECA) will deliver the talk: “Funding and Infrastructure for Innovation: AI Factory, HPC, and European Opportunities for Enterprises and Academia.”
The session will focus on European funding programs for innovation in both academic and industrial fields, with a spotlight on the AI Factory initiative and its applications to accelerate research and development.
The presentation will also provide an overview of CINECA’s future infrastructure developments, including the integration of new resources within IT4LIA and the emerging potential of quantum computing.
Thanks to these projects and technologies, Italy positions itself among the key players in Europe’s digital innovation landscape.
